All courses are approved by The FREC and students have up to one year to complete the course online. The end of course exam is also taken online.

All pre-licensing and post-licensing courses are approved by The Florida Real Estate Commission and you have up to one year to complete the course online. The end of course exam is also taken online.

If you think that spending hours and hours in a classroom is the only way to complete your course work MSI has great news for you. Our online courses are designed for the highly mobile individual who may wish to access the course from multiple computers. S/he has a fast reliable internet connection and is comfortable with internet-based applications. Typically these online learners do not want to refer back to the course after successfully completing the course.

If you are committed and have no reading comprehension problems then the online approach is the fastest and most efficient path to obtain your real estate license. (According to exit interviews by the Department of Business and Professional Regulations online learners have a much higher passing rate then traditional classroom students.)

The online course is self contained as required by the Florida Real Estate Commission and does not include a course book. However, many students purchase the book from us and use it as a quick reference and helpful study guide. To order a book call MSI 904.891.8589.

To start your licensure quest take the following simple steps. The steps are not required to be taken in any specific sequence except you must successfully complete the MSI pre-licensing course before you are eligible to take the state licensing exam.

If you are serious about your real estate career and want to avoid becoming a victim of the revolving door syndrome. Read As A Man Thinketh. You'll finish it in a couple of hours. Then start your real estate career by taking the required course work online. You will find yourself asking the question, "Will I, take this approach?"

The first step is to prepare and send off your licensing application. The application can be downloaded or completed online. Normal processing time is 45 to 60 days. The Division of Real Estate has up to 120 days to determine if an applicant is eligible for licensure. You can also follow the processing status of your application.

The second step is to make an appointment with Pearson Vue (the state testing contractor) to have your fingerprints taken electronically. Fingerprinting by ink and paper is no longer acceptable. You can make your appointment for fingerprinting. If you miss your appointment Pearson Vue will charge another fingerprinting fee.

The third step is the key to your ultimate success, enrolling in an MSI online course. Upon successfully completing the MSI course you will then make an appointment with Pearson Vue to take the state licensing examination. If you miss your appointment Pearson Vue will charge another examination fee to take the test.

28-Hour License Reactivation Course
Dearborn Real Estate Education

28-Hour Reactivation (Approved for reactivating a license) This is a new course approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission and meets the requirements to reactivate a license. A licensee who has not renewed their license after one year of the expiration date but not more than 24 months will be able to renew their license after successfully completing this course. A licensee that does not renew their license and goes beyond 24 months their license becomes null and void. If you wish to reenter the real estate business you will be required to take the pre-licensing course.
